Free UPS Delivery: We are pleased to offer Free Standard Ground Shipping on qualifying orders over $250 (exclusive of taxes) within the contiguous United States. Please note that certain oversized items may be subject to an additional shipping fee outlined during the checkout process and product pages.

An additional fee of $150 will be applied during the checkout process for any individual item that exceeds 94 inches in length, width, or height. Shipping Restrictions: While we endeavor to extend our services to as many locations as possible, currently, we exclusively ship to addresses within the contiguous United States (exceptions of Alaska & Hawaii)
Order Processing Times: Orders are processed meticulously within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please be advised that orders are not fulfilled on weekends or holidays. In instances of extraordinary order volume, slight delays in order processing may occur. Should there be a significant delay in shipment, our team will promptly notify you via email or phone.

It is important to note that refunds or re-shipments will not be issued for undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Deliveries to closed business premises are also ineligible for refunds.

Post Office Box Deliveries: Please be advised that deliveries cannot be made to Post Office boxes. Kindly provide a physical address for delivery to facilitate the timely receipt of your order.
